The apartments have an electronic lock system, be sure to contact us by phone before check-in for check-in instructions. From the guest, we need a passport photo, a completed rental agreement in two copies (a clean copy will be waiting for you in the apartment), compliance with the rules of residence (smoking is prohibited throughout the territory, check-out before 13-00, silence after 22-00). Parking
Parking along the streets in the center of St. Petersburg is paid. Parking area along Marata street No. 7805 1 hour 100 rubles for a passenger car from 8:00 to 20:00. Parking is free between 20:00 and 08:00.
